We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR COLOR SELECTION OR SIZE ISSUES. WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE, OR CREDIT NOTE.

Replacement Policy:

To request a replacement, customers can directly return or exchange their items by clicking on the “RETURN/EXCHANGE” menu on our website’s footer page. Enter your order ID and registered email ID or contact number. This will fetch details for that particular order. Select the item you want to replace. For feedback purposes, kindly help us with the Reason for Replacement. You can then select your preferred size in the same color or a different color, or choose a new product. Any difference in amount will be refunded to the original payment source or requested via UPI payment link.

Exchange/replacement cost will be borne by us only once. If you need a second exchange, you will have to self-ship the product back to us.
