Return – Terms & Conditions:
- If you don’t want a replacement, we can provide you with a credit note of the same amount, valid for 1 year and for one-time use.
- Returns must be made through INDIA POST to avoid lost shipments.
- Customers can exchange/return their order within 7 days after delivery.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
- The product should be returned along with the original packaging.
- If there is no defect as per the reasons mentioned above, the courier charge for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
- Items without tags will not be accepted. Check your product properly before cutting the tag because once cut, it cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. We will provide reverse pickup for the first exchange only. For a second exchange, the item must be sent via India Post.
Cancellation:
You can cancel orders before the product has been shipped. Cancel your order by emailing your Order No. and email ID to support@cozmo29.com from your registered email address. Once the cancellation request is made, it will take us 1-2 business days to process. After confirmation, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account used for the order within 4 to 7 days, depending on your bank's policy. You will be notified via email.
We may cancel your order at our sole discretion, notifying you via your registered email. In such cases, you may replace the order with a new one or request a refund.
NOTE:
- We do not provide replacement on exchange in color.
- If the customer is willing to send the return product from their end, then replacement can be provided, but not otherwise.
